The first wave of applications for participation in the VII International HSE EAEU Forum is now open. The Forum is organized by the HSE Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs. You can register individually or submit a team application (5-9 people).
Who is it for?
The Forum is aimed at undergraduate and graduate students, postgraduate students, and young researchers interested in Eurasian integration.
Forum Format:
The theme of this year's HSE EAEU Forum is “On the threshold of an anniversary: what the EAEU has achieved in 10 years.” The work will be organized in two key areas:
1. Energy of Eurasia – strategic areas of development of the EAEU: common markets, financial sovereignty, energy cooperation.
2. Connecting Eurasia- foreign economic cooperation of the EAEU with third countries and integration associations.
During the forum, the participants of the event will develop applied projects related to Eurasian integration. The Forum participants will be divided into 9 teams to develop projects over three days that will contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of the EAEU in the world, meeting the strategic interests of all participants in the Eurasian economic integration.
Advantages of the Forum:
Traditionally, participants of the winning teams get the opportunity to undergo an internship at the Eurasian Economic Commission, as well as hold a closed discussion with the Chairman of the EEC Board;
The Forum provides an opportunity to participate in a discussion with the best speakers-practitioners in the field of Eurasian integration, work in a team under the guidance of renowned researchers and receive feedback from members of the jury - representatives of the EAEU business community, government bodies of the Russian Federation and experts directly supervising Eurasian integration in Russia;
The Forum will allow you to expand your network of acquaintances and improve your practical skills in working in a team;
Participation in the HSE EAEU Forum will make a significant contribution to the formation of your portfolio.
