Main nomination - not older than 40 years. Scientific articles by graduate students, scientists, teachers, analysts and diplomats.
Debut nomination - not older than 30 years. Scientific articles by students and graduates of higher education institutions
Essay Competition - not older than 30 years. Journalistic essays by students and graduates of higher education institutions
Original unpublished scientific articles and analytical notes written independently by one or more authors (no more than 30 thousand characters) devoted to the study of the following topics are accepted :
