Chinese Government Scholarship –Chinese University Program is established by the Ministry of Education of China (hereinafter referred to as MOE). Under the mandate of the MOE, Zhejiang University enrolls full-time postgraduates worldwide under the 2025 Chinese Government Scholarship–Chinese University Program.

Coverage of the Scholarship

• Tuition waiver;

• Free accommodation on campus or accommodation subsidy;

• Stipend: Granted in accordance with the relevant standard;

• Comprehensive Medical Insurance

Application fee: RMB 800 yuan (non-refundable)

Application Process:

Applicants mustfirstly fill in and submit application via the CSC Online Application System for Study in China (Link), and download the Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship. (The agency number for Zhejiang University is 10335. Scholarship for Chinese University Program is Type B in the CSC system.)

Applicants must log in to the Online Application System For International Students of Zhejiang University (Link), clearly fill in and completely upload the application materials as required.

In addition to the application documents required in the application guide of Master's Degree Programs and Doctoral Degree Programs, scholarship applicants must submit the following supplementary materials-

1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship.

   
   

2. Photocopy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form. This form is uniformly printed by the Chinese health and quarantine department and needs to be filled out in English.

   
   

3. Non-Criminal Record Certificate. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.
