On 1-7 March 2024, Sochi will host an event to bring together 20,000 Russian and foreign young leaders in the fields of business, media, international cooperation, culture, research, education, voluntary and charity work, sports and other areas of public life, as well as adolescents who represent various associations for minors.

One of Fund's projects will be an educational programme entitled NPOs: Creation and Development and devoted to theory and practice of developing and implementing international grant projects.
The three days’ programme will include:
consultations by representatives of Russian organisations that allocate grants for international projects;
seminars on legal and financial aspects of working with grants;
lectures on the implementation of international grant projects in the field of public diplomacy;
group work on joint international projects.
Eligibility
Participation is possible for heads or managers of Russian or foreign NPOs engaged in international projects from among the participants, guests or experts of the World Youth Festival 2024.
Instructions to participate
1. Sign up as a participant on the official website of the Festival until and including 1 December using the referral link and write down the ID of your application.
2. Fill in the Gorchakov Fund’s form until and including 21 January.
3. Wait for the application to be screened and approved for participation.
