An event on the theme "Arctic Dialogue: new formats of international cooperation" will be held on February 4-8. It will be organized by the Center for International and Regional Policy (CIRP) with the support of the Gorchakov Foundation.
Students, masters and postgraduates of higher educational institutions are invited to participate in the School. Preference is given to researchers in the field of international relations, political scientists and journalists.
How to participate?
Write an essay of no more than 200 words on the topic "Arctic Dialogue: new formats of international cooperation" and attach it to the participant's online questionnaire. In the final part of the text, you must specify the motivation for your participation in the Winter School.
Fill out the participant's questionnaire using the link.
The organizers provide:
certificate of participation in the CIRP Winter School;
Hotel accommodation;
meals during the event;
transfer by bus from St. Petersburg to the hotel and back.
Participants pay for travel from the city of residence to St. Petersburg and back on their own.
