Equality in education means equal opportunities for all. In many cases, these chances are not given. That is why the Friedrich Ebert Foundation Scholarship stands for people who have limited financial means or who come from immigrant families. The foundation motivates you to study or enter graduate school. At the same time, it creates the basis for the further development of your socio-political activity.
Personality and socio-political efforts are as important to the foundation as good results - that's how they define giftedness. The Friedrich Ebert Foundation Scholarship nurtures young talents who take responsibility and voluntarily commit themselves to the core values of social democracy. And also expects good to very good results in school and studies.
Each year, up to 40 students receive FES sponsorship to study for free in Germany. The Friedrich Germany Scholarships 2023 is awarded to the most successful students and includes a comprehensive program of seminars to help improve candidates' social and academic skills.
Financial advantage:
Monthly scholarship of 750 euros for bachelors.
Monthly scholarship of 850 euros in the master's program.
Health insurance costs are funded, and fellows with a child receive a family allowance of 276 euros.
Eligibility Criteria:
Proof of place of study or certificate of enrollment at a public or state-recognised German university or technical college for the course they wish to fund.
Foreign applicants must also demonstrate sufficient knowledge of the German language.
