On December 13-14, 2021, Moscow hosted the annual international conference on information security “Cyberstability: Approaches, Prospects, Challenges”.
The organizer of the conference, which took place at the Cultural Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, was the International Affairs magazine with the support of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Association for International Information Security.
Within the framework of the event, such topical topics as the role of Russia in information security in the post-Soviet space, digital twins, cold cyber war, ethical issues of artificial intelligence were discussed.
The meeting was attended by leading Russian and foreign experts in international information security, political and public figures, diplomats, scientists and journalists, business representatives.
The conference was attended by the President of the Regional Public Organization "BRICS. World of Traditions” Lyudmila Sekacheva, partner of the organization Andrey Korneev, representatives of partner structures: International Youth Edu-Skills Foundation, the International Association of Asian Students of RUDN University, acting under the leadership of Akil Mohammad, vice-president of the organization.
According to experts, Russia is consistently following the internationalization of Internet governance, building multilateral cooperation in an equal composition of states in the process of managing the Network, without artificially creating any “divided lines” securing someone's privileged status.

The main emphasis was made on the fact that "the main all-encompassing cases of detection of people in relation to cyber-attacks are, first of all, the lack of their preventive knowledge about the danger and cyber-attacks, as well as what should be the response of people to the actions of cyber snipers."
“And here there can be a significant and useful, softer, humanitarian sphere, in which education can be of a gradual civilized nature, without the hard expansion of resistance and the formation of broad sentiments of the broad masses, it can provoke an even greater cyberattack,” the speaker emphasized.
Lyudmila Sekacheva said that within the framework of the international multi-sectoral socio-cultural program "BRICS Peoples Chooses Life", the International Youth Educational Project "BRICS Youth for Cyberstability" is being implemented, during which, with the support of specialists in this field, accessible information for people will be developed. Instructions (Methodology) with the most common methods of cyber attackers and their preparation for protection from this evil.
This work intends to attract students from the "five" countries, the most advanced in IT technologies, but nevertheless, the most open to external research and management, due to which experience and knowledge are required.
This educational activity will be involved in large-scale public information portals and websites of the Project participants, helping people to participate in cyber-attacks.
