
The 10th edition of the Raisina Dialogue, hosted by the Observer Research Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, took place from March 17 to 19, 2025.
Rahul Sharma, Director of Regional and International Projects at the International Youth Edu-Skills Foundation (IYESF), participated in the prestigious Raisina Dialogue 2025 for all three days.
The theme of this year's Raisina Dialogue was "Kālachakra: People. Peace. Planet."
March 17 - Day 1
The 10th edition of the Raisina Dialogue was inaugurated by Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, and Christopher Luxon, Prime Minister of New Zealand, opening the day with thought-provoking sessions on diplomacy, cross-border partnerships, and the future of international relations.
Christopher Luxon, in his speech, mentioned, "India has made extraordinary achievements in the last decade. Despite the COVID-19 crisis, its economy expanded by 50%. It has eliminated poverty, is at the cutting edge of technology, and became the first country to land on the moon’s South Pole."
Dr. S. Jaishankar, Minister of External Affairs of India, also joined the stage and stated, "The world is undergoing significant change, and we are debating the nature of the global order. We cannot rely on old assumptions. We need new ideas, and the Raisina Dialogue has provided us with that forum."
March 18 - Day 2
The second day of the Raisina Dialogue began with Ministerial Remarks from Kirti Vardhan Singh, Minister of State for the Ministry of External Affairs, India.
The Keynote Address was delivered by Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National Intelligence, United States of America. In her speech, she stated, "The India-US partnership has been strong for decades, and it will strengthen further under President Trump and PM Modi. The theme of this conference, 'People, Peace, Planet,' highlights fundamental aspirations that unite us. It is the foundation upon which prosperity, security, and freedom rest."
March 19 - Day 3
The third day featured Ministerial Remarks from Pabitra Margherita, Minister of State for the Ministry of External Affairs, India. In his remarks, he said, "Over the years, the Raisina Dialogue has fostered meaningful partnerships and facilitated insightful discussions on critical global challenges. In India, to build strong and equitable partnerships, the Global South must occupy a central role in our global collaborations."

The Raisina Dialogue is India’s premier conference that brings together world leaders, policymakers, business tycoons, and thought leaders to debate the most pressing global challenges and shape the future of international cooperation.
