The event is organized by the Russian House, New Delhi jointly with:

▪ Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology
During the meeting, each university will present its institutions to the Indian audience and will answer questions about studying in Russia. You will also get acquainted with the Russian Government Scholarship programme for 2023/2024.

RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT’S SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME
The Russian house in New Delhi is happy to announce that soon we will start the 2023/2024 academic year Russian Government’s Scholarship programme. Within the framework of this programme, you will have a chance to receive a grant for a free-of-cost higher education in Russian leading universities.
The official portal for applying for scholarships is currently being tested by the developers and will be launched as soon as all the required work is completed. Check our Facebook regularly for the announcement of the official date of the start of the application process.
Meanwhile, you can start to prepare all the necessary documents:
Copy of the documents that prove your current level of education: certificate and mark sheets of 10th and 12th class (for candidates who apply for bachelor and speciality degrees); degree and a full transcript of marks – if you are applying for masters or PhD programmes;
Students who are finishing their school in 2023 MUST provide 10th and 11th class results and a letter from the school confirming that they are currently undergoing a 12th class programme and will attend the final exams this year.
Students who are finishing their educational programmes (bachelor's and master’s degrees) in 2023 MUST provide all semester-wise mark sheets available at the moment and a letter from the university confirming that they are final-year students and will graduate in 2023 upon successful completion of their final exams;
All candidates applying for PhD programmes MUST additionally provide a copy of their research paper, a list of scientific publications and a recommendation letter from the Russian university, where they want to undergo their studies;
As per the instructions of the Medical Council of India, any students applying for MBBS courses abroad should successfully pass the NEET examination first, thus anyone applying for a scholarship for medical courses MUST provide a copy of NEET examination results;
Copy of your passport (first and last pages).
