The scholarship will NOT cover: the visa processing fee, Additional flight expenses, Personal expenses (travel insurance, internet, laundry, additional meals, and not mentioned in the scholarship coverage).
Program fee includes: Accommodation 6D5N (Double shared), Meals (4 Breakfast and 4 Lunch), All activities indicated on the schedule, All tours indicated on the schedule, Local transports (Train and Bus), E-Certificate of participation from AYFN, Program supervision, In-country administration costs and souvenir from AYFN.

Able to travel to Japan during the program

250 words Motivation letter on “Why do I need this scholarship?”
250 words Essay on “Why I deserve this scholarship?”
Payment proof of application fee.
All documents must be in English version.

Certificates of achievement (Championship, Olympiad, Business Competition, etc).
Letter of recommendation.
English Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL ITP, IBT, IELTS or Duolingo).
