Studentship is an important period in the life of every young person, when there is energy, desire and opportunity to act here and now. It is at this time that there are a large number of resources for the development of entrepreneurial skills and the creation of their own unique projects. The project "100 leaders" can help young people in this.
The Republican youth project is aimed at finding, selecting, supporting and supporting ideas and projects and involving talented young people of the Republic of Tatarstan in entrepreneurial activity.

The development and launch of the project is dictated by the desire to create the most favorable conditions for the development of entrepreneurial skills among young people and involvement in scientific and technical activities.
Not only lectures from professional speakers, but also the experience of working with entrepreneurs on the basis of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan will give invaluable knowledge to the participants of this project.
The necessary information from experienced entrepreneurs and speakers will allow young people not to be afraid to start their own business and implement projects.

University students, participants of business incubators, participants of student scientific societies and participants of student organizations of 3-5 bachelor's or specialty courses and 1-2 master's courses.

What does project protection mean?
Presentation of a packaged project, prepared jointly with a team or alone, in front of a professional expert commission, which may include representatives of public authorities, entrepreneurs, investors, professors, who will be selected in accordance with the area of your project.
Attention to the fact that participants who have passed the pre-defense of the project will be admitted to the defense.
How long does a lecture day take?
Lectures will be held on Thursday of every month from October to May. The lecture takes place within 3.5-4 hours. The project Management reserves the right to change the date and time of the lecture days.

How will the selection of participants for the project take place?
To pass the selection, participants will have to write a motivation letter, which will need to be written to the project's email 100leadersrt@tpprt.ru.
What are the criteria for writing a motivation letter?
The amount is not less than 1 and not more than 2 pages, the Times New Roman font is straight, the font size is 12, the line spacing is one and a half.
The motivation letter should contain reasoned statements:
Interest in passing the business intensive of the project;
Information about experience in the field of entrepreneurship;
Prospects of applying the acquired knowledge in further professional activity;
The answer to the question "why exactly should you take part in the project?".
The motivation letter should consist of an introduction, the main part and a conclusion. The letter must be written grammatically correctly.
